Revolution Yoga Classes

Why Revolution

What Sets Us
Apart

Three things make every Revolution class different from any other yoga class you'll take.

Vinyasa Krama

Every class is intelligently sequenced. One pose builds to the next. Your body opens gradually and safely. Heal, don't harm.

Ayurvedic Sequencing

Each class is sequenced for the season. Yoga's sister science (5,000 years old) tells us how your body shifts, your practice should too.

8 Limbs Integration

Philosophy, breath work, and meditation woven into every class, not just asana. The full yoga, the way the rishis intended.

Class ends with yoga nidra (yogic sleep) which is one of the most powerful relaxation practices available to our tradition. Traditionally, it's said that 1 hour of yoga nidra feels as restful as 4 hours of sleep.
