Lineage-rooted education designed to deepen practice, expand understanding, and support authentic growth. both on and off the mat.
At Revolution Yoga, teacher training is not simply about learning how to lead a class. It is about learning how to live the teachings more deeply.
Our programs are designed to support self-study, transformation, embodied leadership, philosophical inquiry, nervous system awareness, intelligent movement, and authentic personal growth.
Some students join with the intention to teach professionally. Others join simply because they feel called to deepen their understanding of yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, philosophy, and conscious living.
Both paths are equally welcome here.
The teachings shared within our trainings are rooted in traditional yogic lineage and adapted thoughtfully for modern life.
Our intention is to make these teachings accessible, embodied, practical, emotionally intelligent, philosophically rich, safe, and sustainable.
Students are encouraged not only to study information, but to integrate the teachings into their own lives and lived experience. In this way our trainees become embodied teachers. whether it's in their classes or by living yoga in their daily lives.

This training changed the trajectory of my life. I came in to learn how to teach yoga and walked out understanding myself in a way I never had before.
I came to learn yoga and left understanding myself more deeply. The philosophy alone reshaped how I move through the world now.
The community alone was transformational. I made the closest friendships of my adult life inside that cohort. Two years later we still meet monthly.
I joined for personal growth. never to teach. Halfway through I realized I'd been teaching all along, just in different rooms.
Yin training broke open everything. I'm a runner. I came in skeptical of long holds. I left with a completely different relationship to my body.
Our faculty includes experienced teachers and practitioners and experts rooted in years of dedicated study, practice, mentorship, and teaching experience.
Many instructors developed through Revolution Yoga's own lineage-based trainings and community. a continuity that runs through every cohort.

Specialty certifications (Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, Sound Healing, etc.) carry their own continuing education credits.

Then you don't have to. Your certification is yours regardless of whether you ever lead a class.
Many graduates use the training to deepen their personal practice, integrate yoga into existing careers (therapy, education, coaching, bodywork), or simply because the work continues to unfold long after graduation.
Each program is structured to be intensive but humane. Most 200-hour trainings run 2–4 months with monthly weekend intensives, or as compressed summer immersions completed in 5 weeks. 300-hour training runs for 4–5 months.
