Our Intention

Why We
Offer This

We believe that yoga is not just a practice, it's a support system.

Our community classes and circles are offered on a donation basis so that anyone, regardless of financial circumstances, can access space to move, breathe, reflect, and connect. Proceeds are donated to a charity of the teacher's choice.

These offerings are about showing up as you are, being supported, and remembering that you're not alone. You are welcome just as you are. Come grow in sacred Sangha (community).

Sacred Gathering

Women's Moon Circle

A wellness circle for women

We gather to hold space, we gather to meditate, we gather to ground.

Women's moon circles are intentional, sacred gatherings to honor and align with the cycles of the new and full moon. In ancient communities, these circles were a way to connect to the divine feminine, receive insight, and cultivate inner awareness.

During each circle, we explore the energy of the current moon phase and astrological sign through meditation, journaling, gentle movement, and optional sharing.

This is a sacred space. What is shared within the circle stays within the circle.

Our intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, supported, and connected within a community of women.

All donations go towards Moon Circle's Steward Jennifer Myers.

Men's Sun Circle

A wellness circle for men

The Men's Sun Circle provides an opportunity to support male community building through yogic and social-emotional practices.

By integrating breathwork, restorative postures, meditation, and group dialogue, participants develop tools to support personal healing and emotional regulation.

These workshops serve as an introduction to breathwork techniques (such as box breathing and ocean breathing), restorative poses (including heart openers), and community sharing.

The intention is not to replace therapy or professional psychological services, but to support men in developing personal strategies to navigate the everyday stresses of life.

All men are welcome.

All donations go towards Sun Circle's Steward Anthony Heyward to help fund all wellness professionals that join to lead the circle.

Contemplative Study

Online Spiritual Book Group

led by Stephanie Cleary

Reading together, in real time. Contemplating, meditating, integrating.

An ongoing, contemplative book group exploring A Monk's Guide to Happiness by Gelong Thubten, a deeply accessible text that offers practical insight into meditation, presence, and the cultivation of inner peace.

This is not a traditional book club. Rather than reading on your own and gathering to recap, we engage with the text together in real time. Inspired by an anthroposophical approach, we read aloud as a group, pausing to reflect, meditate, and enter into meaningful conversation.

Each session becomes a shared experience of inquiry, where the teachings are not only understood intellectually, but felt, contemplated, and integrated.

Open to all, whether you are new to meditation or have an established spiritual practice.

Stephanie Cleary is a spiritual guide and educator devoted to contemplative practice and conscious living, with a background in Waldorf education and a deep commitment to Buddhist practice.
