The short version: We use only a few cookies and browser storage items. Essential ones keep the site working and keep you signed in. Google Analytics runs only if you accept it. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data. You can change your choice at any time.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar tools include local storage (data saved in your browser) and pixels (tiny images in emails or pages). In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these. This policy explains which ones Revolution Yoga (OMcraft LLC) uses and how you can control them. For more on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
2. Essential (Always On)
These are needed for the site to work, remember your choices, and keep you signed in. They do not track you for analytics or advertising, so they do not require consent.
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| rvy-cookie-consent | Local storage | Remembers your cookie choices so we do not ask on every page | Until you change your choice or clear your browser data |
| sb-…-auth-token | Local storage (Supabase) | Keeps you signed in to your member account after you use an email sign-in link | Until you sign out or the session expires |
| ry_quiz_recommendation | Local storage | Remembers your "Find your Revolution Journey" quiz result on this device so we can show it back to you | Until you clear your browser data |
| Security cookies (for example __cf_bm), if set | Cookie (Cloudflare) | Cloudflare may set these to protect the site from bots and attacks | Up to 30 minutes |
3. Analytics (Optional, Off Until You Accept)
We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. Until you click "Accept" (or turn on Analytics under "Manage"), no analytics cookies are set; Google receives only basic, cookieless signals that tell it consent was not given. If you accept, the cookies below help us see, in aggregate, which pages are popular and how people find us. We never send your name, email, quiz answers, or health information to Google Analytics, and our analytics data is kept for 14 months.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes visitors so we can count visits in aggregate | 2 years |
| _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics 4 | Keeps track of a browsing session | 2 years |
4. Marketing and Advertising
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel or other retargeting tools. The "Marketing" option in our cookie banner stays off. If we ever add these, we will update this policy first and load them only if you opt in.
5. Embedded Content From Other Services
Some pages include content from trusted partners. These services may set their own cookies when the content loads or when you interact with it, under their own policies:
| Content | Provider | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Class and teaching videos | YouTube (Google) | We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set YouTube tracking cookies until you play a video. When you play one, YouTube may store data on your device. |
| Schedules, booking, pricing, and waiver widgets | Mindbody (Healcode) | Loads live schedules and lets you book, buy, or sign in. Mindbody sets its own cookies needed for booking and checkout. |
| Shop links and buy buttons | Shopify | When you go to our store (shop.revolutionyogaspace.com) or a Shopify checkout, Shopify sets cookies for your cart, checkout, and fraud prevention. |
| Live online classes | Zoom | Joining a live class opens Zoom, which uses its own cookies and app data. |
Links to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, or Google Maps simply open those sites, which apply their own cookie policies.
6. Email Pixels
Our emails may include a small tracking pixel and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. You can block this by turning off automatic image loading in your email app. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. See section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
7. How to Change Your Choices
- Our cookie banner: click to clear your saved choice. The page reloads and the banner reappears so you can Accept All, Reject All, or Manage each category.
- Global Privacy Control / Do Not Track: we treat these browser signals as a choice to turn off non-essential cookies.
- Your browser: you can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may sign you out or stop parts of the site (such as booking widgets) from working. Guides: Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge
- Google Analytics opt-out: you can also install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when the tools we use change, and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we add a new category of optional cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
