The short version: By using our website, booking a class, joining a membership or training, or buying from our shop, you agree to these Terms. Cancel class reservations at least 24 hours ahead. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Sales are generally final (details below). Yoga and wellness practices are physical: listen to your body, and remember that our services are not medical care. Our content is for your personal use. These Terms work together with our Studio Policies, our Privacy Policy, and the waiver you sign in Mindbody.
1. Who We Are and Agreeing to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and OMcraft LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as Revolution Yoga® ("Revolution Yoga," "we," or "us"), 7 North Village Avenue, Rockville Centre, New York 11570, USA. They apply to our studio, our website (revolution-yoga.com), online classes and our members video archive, teacher trainings, healing services, workshops and events, kids and family programs, our online shop (shop.revolutionyogaspace.com), our emails, and our quiz and other online features (together, our "Services").
By using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
Where a specific agreement applies, such as a Training Agreement, a Retreat Agreement, a party or event agreement, or the Mindbody liability waiver, that agreement also applies, and it controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Your Account
- We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure, and do not forward sign-in links to anyone.
- Your studio account (bookings, memberships, payments, waiver) is held in Mindbody, and Mindbody's terms also apply to it.
- Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Accounts, memberships, and passes are personal. Do not share them or your login with others.
- Tell us right away at revolutionyoga@gmail.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Classes, appointments, and workshops are booked and paid through Mindbody. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged; walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
- Cancellation window: 24 hours. You may cancel a class reservation up to 24 hours before class starts. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class (the class is deducted from your pass or membership). This applies to in-person and online classes.
- Private sessions need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full at our discretion. Private services are paid in full before they are provided.
- If we cancel a class, you will receive a credit or refund where applicable.
- Teachers, schedules, and offerings may change. We will try to let you know in advance by email, the schedule, or the studio app.
4. Memberships, Class Packs, and Automatic Renewal
- Memberships renew automatically and are charged to your payment method on file in Mindbody at the price and billing interval shown when you signed up, until you cancel.
- To cancel, email revolutionyoga@gmail.com before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Annual commitments cannot be cancelled before the end of the agreed term. Annual memberships may be paused only in extraordinary circumstances with documentation (such as a doctor's note). Month-to-month holds are reviewed case by case.
- Class packs are non-transferable and expire according to their purchase terms. Extensions are at our discretion.
- If we change a recurring price, we will tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. Memberships, class packs, and services are non-refundable, except where we cancel a class or service, or where the law requires a refund. If something has genuinely gone wrong, please email us. We handle every situation with fairness and care.
- Workshops and events: cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are not eligible for a refund or credit. Outside that window, refund and transfer terms vary by event and are stated on the event listing.
- Private events and parties: a non-refundable deposit of half the package price reserves your date, as described on our parties page or in your event agreement.
- Retreats: deposits are generally non-refundable because of travel commitments. Your Retreat Agreement sets the full terms.
6. Teacher Trainings
- Enrollment in our online and in-person teacher trainings is subject to a separate Training Agreement provided at enrollment. It covers tuition, deposits, payment plans, attendance, certification requirements, and refunds for that program, and it controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
- A deposit (for example, the deposit shown on the program page) reserves your place. Deposits and tuition are refundable only as stated on the program page or in your Training Agreement.
- Certification (including Yoga Alliance registration) requires completing all stated hours and requirements. We cannot guarantee any job, income, or career outcome.
- Course materials are licensed to you for your own study and teaching as your Training Agreement allows. They may not be shared, resold, or published.
7. Online Classes and the Members Video Archive
- Live online classes, recordings, and the members video archive are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while your access is active. You do not own the content.
- Do not download (except where we offer it), copy, record, redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly show our content, and do not share your login or access.
- Content, classes, and features may change or be removed over time. Online access ends when your membership or purchase ends.
- Some classes are recorded or livestreamed. See Media + Recording in our Studio Policies if you prefer not to appear on camera.
8. Shop Orders, Shipping, and Returns
- Online orders are placed and paid through our Shopify store at shop.revolutionyogaspace.com. Shopify's checkout terms also apply.
- Some items are printed, made to order, or shipped directly by our fulfillment partners (such as Printful, Gelato, Apliiq, and CJ Dropshipping), so processing and delivery times vary by item and are estimates.
- Returns and refunds for online orders follow our store refund policy and the other policies linked in the store. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email revolutionyoga@gmail.com promptly with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
- In-studio retail purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If an item is defective, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.
- Colors and sizes may vary slightly from photos. Prices and availability can change, and we may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or was listed with an obvious error.
9. Health, Assumption of Risk, and Liability Waiver
Please read carefully. Yoga, meditation, breathwork, bodywork, sound healing, and other practices we offer are physical and energetic practices that carry a risk of injury.
- You participate voluntarily and accept the inherent risks of these activities, whether in the studio, online, or off-site.
- Check with your doctor before starting a new practice, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, or have a medical condition. Pregnant students should get approval from their healthcare provider.
- Tell your teacher or practitioner about any injuries, pregnancy, conditions, or limitations. Work within your limits, rest whenever you need to, and treat all instructions as suggestions.
- You may decline hands-on adjustments at any time.
- When practicing online, you are responsible for a safe space, suitable equipment, and your own physical safety.
- Everyone must sign our participation and liability waiver in Mindbody before their first class, training, or service. The waiver is part of these Terms. Where the law allows, it releases Revolution Yoga, its owners, teachers, staff, and contractors from claims arising from ordinary risks of participation.
10. Healing and Wellness Services Are Not Medical Care
Massage therapy, chiropractic care, and acupuncture are provided by practitioners licensed in New York, within the scope of their licenses.
Ayurveda, bodywork, energy work, Reiki, sound healing, and similar offerings are traditional wellness practices. They are educational and supportive in nature. They are not medical care, do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider. Do not stop or change any medical treatment or medication based on them. Ayurvedic suggestions, including herbs and foods, may interact with medications; please check with your doctor.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
11. Kids and Family Programs
Children join our programs only with a parent or guardian's consent, and the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms and signs the waiver on the child's behalf. Age rules for group classes are in our Studio Policies. Teens under 18 need a parent or guardian's approval to take our quiz or join our programs.
12. Quiz, Recommendations, and AI Features
- The "Find your Revolution Journey" quiz and other recommendations suggest classes, trainings, or services based on your answers. They are general suggestions, not medical, psychological, or professional advice.
- We use AI tools to help personalize recommendations and to help staff draft replies. AI can make mistakes. Staff review AI-drafted replies before they are sent where applicable, but please use your own judgment and ask a qualified professional about health questions.
- Please do not rely on any automated feature in an emergency or as a substitute for professional care.
- How we handle information in these features is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Community and Conduct
We are committed to a kind, respectful, and inclusive space, in the studio and online. You agree not to:
- harass, discriminate against, or disrespect the boundaries of students, teachers, or staff;
- photograph or record classes or other students without permission;
- post or send anything unlawful, hateful, or infringing, or spam;
- share your account, passes, or paid content, or resell our Services;
- try to access systems or accounts that are not yours, interfere with the site, or scrape it with automated tools; or
- use our content or Services to train AI models or build competing products without our written permission.
We may refuse service, remove content, or suspend or end access, including memberships without refund, for conduct that violates these Terms or puts others at risk.
14. Messages, Reviews, and Content You Share
You keep ownership of what you send us (such as testimonials, comments, and photos). If you share it publicly with us or tag us, you give us permission to repost it on our site and social channels with credit, and you may ask us to remove it at any time. Private content, such as journal entries in a future member app, stays private and is never published.
15. Intellectual Property
Our website, videos, photographs, sequences, curricula, training manuals, text, logos, and design belong to Revolution Yoga or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. "Revolution Yoga" and our logo are trademarks of OMcraft LLC. You may share links to our public pages and use content as these Terms allow; any other use needs our written permission.
16. Photos and Video in Class
We sometimes take photos or video in class and at events for our website, social media, and online classes. Teachers will note when a class is being recorded. If you prefer not to appear, tell your teacher before class and position yourself outside the filming area. Otherwise you agree that we may use images in which you appear.
17. Third-Party Services
We rely on partners such as Mindbody, Shopify, Zoom, and YouTube to provide parts of our Services. Their terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their availability or practices. The providers we use to handle personal information are listed in our Privacy Policy.
18. Disclaimers
We work hard to offer excellent teaching and a reliable website, but to the fullest extent the law allows, our Services and content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site or online content will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any practice will produce a particular result.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Revolution Yoga and its owners, teachers, staff, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the six months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including New York law, such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
20. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that we face because you broke these Terms, misused the Services, or violated the law or someone else's rights.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please email revolutionyoga@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be decided exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, and you and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or a clear notice on our site. Changes apply going forward; continuing to use the Services after they take effect means you accept them.
23. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision right away, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor business. These Terms, together with the documents they reference, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
