We understand that life happens, and we aim to approach situations with fairness, clarity, and compassion whenever possible.

The Basics
  • Studio doors open 15 minutes prior to class so students may arrive, settle in, and prepare for practice.
  • For the safety and flow of class, studio doors close approximately 5–10 minutes after class begins, and late entry may not be permitted.
  • Please silence and store all phones, smart watches, and electronic devices before entering the practice space.
  • If a student is expecting an emergency call, devices may be left with the front desk for monitoring.
  • Shoes are not permitted inside practice rooms.
  • Please help us maintain a scent-sensitive environment by limiting strong fragrances or perfumes.
