Yoga on your lawn with the water in view, or by the fireplace when the season turns. Private sessions for Sands Point homes, planned around the light and the weather.
Sands Point sits at the northern tip of the Port Washington peninsula, surrounded on three sides by water. That setting invites practice outdoors, so from late spring into early fall many sessions here happen on a lawn, a terrace or a patch of grass near the shore.
We plan the year in rhythm with the seasons: early-morning flows and open-air meditation while it's warm, then indoor strength, mobility and restorative work once it gets cold. The teacher, the goals and the time slot stay the same; only the setting changes.
Sands Point Preserve, with its woodland trails and shoreline, is a local favorite, and the village shares that quiet, green character. We serve Sands Point and the rest of the peninsula, from Port Washington and Manorhaven to Baxter Estates and Port Washington North.
