Garden City is close to our Rockville Centre studio, so private sessions can happen in the studio, in your home, or online, whichever fits your week.
For Garden City clients, the choice of setting is wide open. Our studio at 7 North Village Ave in Rockville Centre is a short trip south, across from the LIRR station, with street parking and a public lot one block away on Park Ave. It's a calm space for focused one-on-one work.
Prefer to stay home? In-home sessions are available too, and virtual sessions fill the gaps. Private sessions also pair well with our group classes in Rockville Centre and livestream, so you can build skills one-on-one and practice them in class.
Garden City, the planned village founded by A.T. Stewart and home to the Cathedral of the Incarnation and Adelphi University, sits at the center of Nassau County. It isn't on the North Shore, but it's one of the areas we serve most easily. Looking for group classes instead? See yoga classes near Garden City.
