Dear Yogis,

The yoga and meditation lineage that we teach at Revolution Yoga is based in a system that addresses and helps to heal trauma. It’s systematic, organized, inspiring and incredibly helpful.

It works on all layers of the psyche, the brain, the body, the mind, and the nervous system. You can feel changes even after just one class. After diving into the entire system, even beyond just the asana (physical practice) your whole being will feel different.

Over the past three years whether you were personally touched by what was going on, or not, in some sense we’ve all been affected by the intensity of the world around us.

To honor the various experiences of those in our community, we as a staff plan to go above and beyond our usual offerings by introducing numerous additional healing modalities.

The studio is the place we go to process, to cry, to pick up the pieces and heal. Now that people are feeling safe enough to emerge from their cocoons it is the perfect time to utilize these offerings and get your nervous system back on track.

We have put together multiple healing circles of different modalities that you can supplement your yoga and meditation practice with.

In a safe environment we can come together and gather again as a community, through community work projects, women’s and men’s circles, clothing swaps and potlucks. Community heals.

But, also addressing the deeper part of the nervous system is important too. Community acupuncture circles, reiki circles, energy healing circles, sound healing circles, will help you on the road to feeling like yourself again.

Because a healthy, healed human is such a resource to humanity in ways we cannot even fathom. It is so important at this time that we process the darkness so we may move towards a space of light.

One candle that is lit can light millions of others with its flame.

I wish you so much peace, contentedness and many blessings in 2022.

Check out all of our offerings below!

In love,
Amanda and the good folks at Revolution Yoga
