Hi, I’m Nicole, and my yoga journey began in 2019, but in many ways, the path started long before. I’ve always been the type to ask big questions about life, purpose, and what exists beyond the surface. I started wondering about the deeper side of life when I was 13 through early teachings and trips to Colombia, where I first began to sense there was something more. Over time, exploring both my Colombian and Turkish roots deepened that curiosity and sparked a lasting connection to something greater. Since then, I’ve been guided by intuition, reflection, and a curiosity that there’s more to life than what meets the eye. Yoga found me during a transformative time in my life, and what started as physical practice quickly became a homecoming, a way to reconnect with myself and the present moment. It became a bridge between my inner world and the outer one, a space to slow down, breathe, and remember what really matters. I believe our inner state shapes our outer world, and yoga continues to remind me of that truth. I find peace in nature, love to travel, and have a deep appreciation for the little things in life. I approach the world with curiosity, an adventurous heart, and an open spirit. On or off the mat, I believe in the power of the mind, presence, and the quiet wisdom that lives inside us all.
I love reading books that challenge me and open my mind, especially ones that help make sense of everyday life in a more thoughtful, grounded way. I’m passionate about travel and love immersing myself in new cultures and seeing life from a different perspective. I care deeply about growing as a person. I enjoy being in nature, whether it’s a quiet walk, a hike, or just taking a minute to go outside, it reminds me to slow down and come back to what matters.
I don’t think changing the world has to be something huge or loud. I believe real change starts with how we show up in our everyday lives. I plan on changing the world by being kind, present, and helping people feel more like themselves. Whether it’s through yoga, a conversation, or just showing up with a good heart, I believe small moments can create big ripples. If I can help even one person feel a little more grounded or shift the way they see the world, that’s a step toward a better world.
